What Is Ready To Commit
READY TO COMMIT - FOR SINGLES ONLY!
IT IS A COMMUNITY WHERE SINGLES COME TOGETHER TO GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER. IS NOT ONLY ABOUT FINDING LOVE, IT IS ALSO ABOUT NETWORKING AND JOINING DIFFERENT OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS WE ARE PLANNING THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.
WE WANT TO REINTRODUCE AND REVIVAL THE FACE TO FACE CONNECTION.
DATING APPS ARE NOT EFFECTIVE AND NOT RELIABLE ANYMORE. THERE IS NOTHING WHICH CAN EVER REPLACE REAL HUMAN CONNECTION!
Lilian Njoki has been an experienced Mindset & Relationship Coach for many years.
The pandemic and the increased shift from offline to online that came with it presented many people with new challenges. In working with her clients, it was clear that the limited physical contact was very impactful and led to increased issues.
She dealt with their issues such as
loneliness & depression
new work situation/home office,
more stress in relationships,
excessive demands with the children,
diffuse fears & worthlessness,
mental health problems,
Wrong diet and physical changes,
Desire for togetherness & not finding the right partner.
"Ghosting" in online dating
During this time Lilian supported her clients in these issues and different life situations. Her main focus is on personal development through coaching and Inner Child Meditation (ICM). This primarily means to grow as a person through inner soul work. Thus she was able to help many of her clients to find love offline or to stabilize and strengthen existing relationships even during the pandemic.
To this end, Lilian has observed a growing frustration among her clients when it comes to dating in general. Many have had enough of online dating and are looking for real situations. Being able to physically meet and interact with each other again.
The ready-to-commit idea was born before the pandemic. Was slowed down by it. But the past two years give it a new meaning and, at best, an extreme boost. Because the desire for real contacts has probably never been as great as it is right now.
ONLINE vs OFFLINE DATING
The coronavirus pandemic has brought some interesting social issues to light. Among them, the importance of mental health and the innovative use of technology. As the world shifted to the internet, dating apps experienced a huge boom, with Tinder recording 300 billion "swipes" in just one day. Beyond Tinder, there is a veritable jungle of options, but also pitfalls.
Studies show that online dating has many negative effects. On the one hand, the platforms offer diverse dating experiences. On the other hand, users experience mood disorders and depressive symptoms. Those who are more emotionally vulnerable and seek external validation feel these effects more than others. Often, this also leads to lower self-esteem. Especially with the superficiality of online dating platforms. The attention is on different points than live dating. This leads to much more rejection from men and women than would probably be the case in real life.
Live dating, on the other hand, is about personal connection and feeling.
As a Mindset and Love & Relationship Coach, Lilian strongly believes in human contact and connection as the main driver of personal attraction. She believes that we fall in love with the energy of the other person. We identify with the aura of the other person. We all need human contact. And now much more than ever before!
